Effective July 26, 2026. MIDDAY is built around trust, and these terms explain the responsibilities that protect it.
MIDDAY access is invitation- or approval-based and is not guaranteed. Accounts are personal, may not be shared, and may be used only by the person for whom access was approved.
Submitting an access request, being referred, receiving an invitation, using RSVP, or checking in does not guarantee continued access, a seat, an introduction, a referral, or any particular outcome.
Members must provide accurate account and profile information, protect their credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not share passwords, email codes, confirmation links, or authenticated devices with another person. Report suspected unauthorized access to: support@middaypc.com
Do not use MIDDAY for harassment, threats, impersonation, unlawful activity, scraping, automated collection, credential sharing, attempts to bypass server authorization, exposure of private member information, unsolicited mass outreach, or interference with another person's access.
Private event, profile, attendee, connection, message, discussion, and check-in information must be treated with care and used only for legitimate MIDDAY interaction.
Members retain ownership of the profile, message, discussion, reply, and other original content they provide.
By providing content, a member gives MIDDAY only the limited permission needed to store, display, deliver, organize, protect, and moderate that content inside the approved private service. This permission ends when the content or account is deleted, except for narrow security, legal, moderation, or backup remnants described in the Privacy notice.
An authorized operator may archive or remove content and may suspend or close access when reasonably necessary for safety, privacy, legal compliance, misuse prevention, or the integrity of the room.
Moderation does not create a duty to monitor every communication. Members remain responsible for their own conduct and for promptly reporting suspected misuse.
Use of MIDDAY is also governed by the Privacy page. Members may not republish, sell, scrape, use for unsolicited mass outreach, or use member or attendee information to construct an external list or relationship map.
No public attendee list. No public member list. No public profile is created by the account, RSVP, connection, message, or check-in flows.
MIDDAY does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, event details, operating practices, and access may change, pause, or end.
Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated date on this page. Continued use after a change means the current terms apply to later use.
No guaranteed invitation. No guaranteed introductions. No guaranteed referrals. No guaranteed business results. No guaranteed financial outcomes. MIDDAY also does not guarantee investment results, legal outcomes, or tax outcomes.
